Email us at email@example.com, and we will do our best to make the change. If an order is already in process, however, we may be unable to make any changes. In that case, you can always return the item for a full refund and place a new order.
We ship throughout the United States.
Our standard shipping costs $4.99 to anywhere in the continental US and $14.99 to non-contiguous states and territories. Standard shipping usually means you will receive your order within 8 business days of placing, but we strive to be faster.
We also offer expedited shipping, which is calculated at checkout. Our expedited service allows you to receive your order within 3-6 business days.
We offer 30 days no-questions-asked returns. We’ll even cover return shipping. Just reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a return started.
If there is a problem with your order, let us know and please provide a photo of the issue. We may be able to resolve the issue without you having to ship the product back.
If you are returning an item, be sure to keep the original packaging, as we can only accept undamaged products returned in their original packaging.

Some companies inflate their prices and then offer huge discounts to try to trick consumers that they’re getting a deal. We don’t do that. Instead, we price our products affordably to begin with.
We do offer volume based discounts, however. A large portion of our costs come from packaging and shipping, so the more items you order, the more we save and are able to pass on to you. We offer 10% off on orders of 2 frames, and 15% off on 3 or more frames. Discounts are automatically applied in your cart so no need to enter anything.
We accept .png, .jpg, . files. If you have an image that is not in one of these formats, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to see if we can help.
Maximum resolution is always best so upload the biggest image file you can. To get technical about it: we recommend that you use images above 300ppi, but we have found that anything above 100ppi tends to look good. If you don’t want to get technical, don’t worry, our system will notify you if your image is too low resolution.
Never lay your frames or prints down on a hard surface. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners when cleaning. A soft cloth is usually all you need. Avoid direct sunlight, as they can fade your prints over time.
