Story
Our story began in 1986 with a store called Framed on Madison in New York City. We sold picture frames (no surprise there). Over the decades it became the go-to place if you wanted to do something special with your photos. Years later in 2015, we still couldn’t find a place online for framed prints that lived up to our standards, so we launched Frameology. We have preserved millions of memories for people all over the world.
Mission
Frameology is part of a group of brands collectively called Memori. We believe that the key to living a fulfilling life is having great experiences with great people. You only live once, so you better make the most of it. A lucky feature of this life is that while experiences are fleeting, you get to keep your memories for the duration. Our mission is to help people get closer to their memories.
Frameology pursues this mission by striving to be the best place to preserve your best photos. We focus on a combination of quality, convenience, affordability, and sustainability that makes us the best choice around.
Products
We source our products from a network of the best manufacturers, with whom we have developed close relationships developed over our 30+ years in the frame game. By cutting out middlemen, we can offer the same quality frames as the most exclusive luxury retailers at a much better price. We combine this with a fine art printing process to create the best way to frame a photo online.
Sustainability
Our mission is to be the most sustainable photo keepsake company on Earth. In order to continue to make amazing memories well in the future, it’s on all of us to make sure that we are living sustainably. To this end, we buy carbon credits to offset the entire footprint of our shipping emissions, and we use recycled and sustainable materials whenever possible.
